- Hey guys, it's Vanity Ezel back at it again with another Cardfight Vanguard deck video. This time we have the fiery idols from Lyrical Monasterio making their first time appearance on the world stage. They are the FL∀MMe-G group, supported by many backup singers who help set their show on fire all under Rosier’s command, the one who likes to pose as the lead star but in reality acts as a cover up to their biggest surpise yet, letting the starter take all of the glory, Bleuclaire. U could try running wilista grade 1 in the ride deck
And run 2-3 true hearted ruby for soul
I used this list and i had no issue with soul

So apparently the archetypes name is pronounced Flamme-gram, but I guess it doesn't come across well from furigana above the MM.
Of all the new DZ decks so far its definitely my favorite. Its the kind of joy gets me back into doing customs, so yay.

Man I wanna like the deck but as you said it’s Charmout, but worse. Why does the G3 to G0 hardly give the G0 any actual power. Like Charmout is usually getting to 30k+ for all her members while this deck just doesn’t really hit big enough numbers in comparison and the fact that charmout’s members have effects they can actually use unlike the G0 which by being a grade 0 does nothing especially since she gets her ability negated really makes this feel like Charmout ver 2 but much worse. Also, I agree with the notion that all the support cards should also say flamme-G. There’s no reason why this a recurring problem with these bands in lyrical which seems to be where it’s most prevalent. It just hurts the decks outside the baxk
Yeah. Hopefully it’ll get better next set and be Lyrical’s deck that will always get support in the main boosters, fingers crossed

@@wurryergetish2714 well personally I find it boring that D is continuing the standard of “let’s give everyone a restander” but she’s fine. I’d begrudgingly run her over my favorite grade 2 Lemon, just because she’s Lemon but better, again begrudgingly

@@vanityezel4148 I love Clarissa, but her deck before the new Earnescorrect supports felt really clunky since you had to have all the 5 earnescorrects on board for her to function properly. It's nice that this deck only needs 3 and can return FlammeG from drop, Seems like a fun deck to play, though not having a fated skill makes me wonder if it can be competitively viable.
@havyn88 Personally I wouldn’t say Clarissa was clunky since I just had problems with the order, everyone else was fine, mostly easy to get all of them on board. As for FlammeG, is having a Fated Skill really what defines a good deck? I don’t really care about the meta but if that’s really going to determine if it’s good or not then I’m really disappointed
@@vanityezel4148 Getting them down the first time wasn't the issue, it's getting to play the order after they were removed with mass removal that was a pain. Easter Clarissa and the two new Earnescorrects just made the deck much more consistent for me. As for the fated skill, they're definitely swingy at the cost of being once per game, hopefully the more consistent skills like FlammeG are as effective.I personally don't prefer playing the fated skill decks, so I'll definitely be bringing FlammeG over my Krysrain to my locals.
@@havyn88 Surprised to see another side of the problem for Clarissa. I just never drew the order after the free search but against board nukes I could come back better than the rest of them. As for Krysrain, I don’t think it says much cause at least to my knowledge when she first came up everyone pretty much agreed she was the worst of the divine skills with Welstra coming in just above her (because the others were Rezael and Varga), and with the release of Zorga and Blangdmire, I don’t think it’s changed
A few things:
1, you keep running into the SB problem, there a generic promo that if the attack hits you SC 2. Don’t think it will run with the deck well but it’s an idea.
2, Since the main gate 3 need three named units, maybe Sweet x Sweet isn’t such a bad idea. It could help gate a named unit on the board.
3, I got really surprised when you said that you plaid the starting vanguard. I genuinely gave an out loud WTF.
In order, the soul problem isn’t really a problem, just a “guillotine too close to the neck”. Sweet again isn’t needed and at least to be would be detrimental since you need to CB for it, meaning you have to use the CC grade 1 meaning you have to use soul to replace but if you want to run it go ahead. As for the starter, you play Trickstar as a starter enough and live through very specific game situations enough times (such as opening all triggers or all orders post mulligan or only being able to use CB and discard-as in you don’t have a choice of using soul blast as a resource) you begin to quickly understand any card can be good if used properly, easier to do on the aggro side which is my specialty
@@vanityezel4148 I see, alright then. The SB if you know how to use it it shouldn’t be a problem then. Sweet, actually would hurt. And as for the trick star, I stayed playing vanguard around the booster box 2 of lyrical, anat that time no one in my locals where playing it, so I have no experience with it. But that’s very interesting.
@@animepierat607 Again, run sweet if you want to. I am by far no expert and different cards work for different people. As for Trickstar, it was mainly a thing in the first booster set of D where people would run trickstar as their starter in order to get one in drop zone early for quick overdress targets, but soon after people switched back to a normal starter for the draw, though some (like myself) stayed with the trickstar starter.
