This game has had the only ref takeover, and it's mostly because of the unreviewable kick ball, the moving screen was them trying to be consistent (they called against the Knicks earlier). The foul on Nembhard was legitimate, too blatant to let go.

Pacers had this right after the game -- forget the call(s). There were 50 things they could have done/not done to keep the Knicks from winning this game. They didn't lose because of one call -- they lost because they blew a 9 point lead late in the game with turnovers and bad defense. You can blame it on the refs but so far the Knicks have been very good at making the plays they HAD to make in these playoffs. Some would call that: "Wanting it more." I respect the Pacers for recognizing that and looking to correct it in Game 2 whereas the Sixers spent their time whining about crap like Knicks fans in their arena.
Sure but there were multiple calls in the last minute that went against the pacers that completely changed the outcome of the game. They stopped what wouldâve been a fast break layup on an incorrect kicked ball call in a tie game, Pacers made plays and got penalized for it at the end for no reason

that moving screen call in a one posession game down the stretch was egregious. Silver really phoned it in for them there. Also, the refs missed like 5 calls in the last 2 minutes. Worst officiated game of the playoffs so far, easy, makes you really question if someone's palm's being greased
It was an illegal screen. Just because they let guys get away with them a lot of the time doesn't mean it isn't a foul. I'll give the Pacers the kick ball call though. That was a lucky call in the Knicks favor but I don't think it was an intentional bad call, it looked like a kick at the time though. It's a fast game and sometimes it's difficult to see the right call. Just like how they initially called the out of bounds call moments earlier that the Knicks had to challenge to get right, another call that I don't really blame them for missing at first.

It's how it usually is for New York sports. Was always the same thing when New York football teams were good. The media never gave them the same praise other teams got, until they won Super Bowls. As a lifelong Knicks fan and loving Brunson, the Knicks passing is abysmal. They donât pass nearly enough and when they do it is atrocious in resulting in turnovers. If they passed the way Indiana did/does with that efficiency theyâd crush every opponent with blowout final scores and lead their opponents the entire game by a wide margin.

Brunson is a poormans Derek Fisher but with way better offense the way he flops on every play and his back touches the floor more than the ball does! He is incapable of making a lay up without throwing himself on the floor! đ
Referees should be allowed to call to look at video when 1 or more have a doubt. It can be pretty quick and if it avoids the need for a challenge save time too. There's also too much legal emphasis on only ruling the specific call of the ref. If there was an error then the call will often be part of the error! The kickball fiasco was a classic example.

I wish the refs didnt make that call late because it takes away from what Brunson did tonight. He has been on an absolute tear. He is really taking his game to another level. Josh Hart continues to impress and, DiVincenzo was great tonight. The Pacers bench kept them in the game because their starters especially down the stretch was not as good as the Knicks. The Knicks are the defention of a teamm They all play hard, they trust in each other and, they compliment each other well.
