Yeah, really. I mean I do remember pretty much all of the WoW pre-expansion events, particularly the Wrath of the Lich King one. They were super cool, but that's like the only game I can think of that actually put effort into events.
This was my first season of fortnite due to no build being a thing. Loved every minute of this season and got to lvl 203 on the BP. The fact every week had something new impressed me and I’ll be sticking around.

There should be more games like this honestly. I like the idea of a free game with a story told through each different season. Make it a little more focused (or entirely about the story) and we could have some really interesting stuff that is similar to long tv shows (sopranos, lost) or things like the Marvel Universe where it's a story that spans years and comes out regularly.
Apex Legends and a bunch of other RPGs have done that over recent years. I would mention League of Legends but my ex was a basement dweller who obsessed over it.
Actually, there was MMORPG called Guild Wars 2, who did such thing, with living world season 1, Unforutnetly locking story to specific sets of event, that could be only acessable once is not that really good thing.
I like that charlie isnt afraid to hop back into the game despite all the hate it gets. Goes to show that if you get into it with the right attitude it can be a fun game

Just as he saved the hunger games with his sublime acting skills, he now once again has saved fortnite with his divining gaming skills. Truly morbed my vision of the world!
As someone who is a massive fan of Fortnite since basically day one, I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to play these events without constantly crapping on them like what seems to be everyone else on the internet. It's nice to see someone finally seeing Fortnite as the lore-rich, thought-out, polished game it is, instead of just "A bunch of 9-year-olds watching Master Chief do a TikTok dance"
I really liked this event of Fortnite, but this was a missed opportunity to include Morbius, it would've broken gaming records as morbillion people would've played Fortnite that day
This event reminds of some games I used to play when going to the mall (Welcome to the Jungle was I think one) where you gotta shoot enemies and if you don't you take damage, but don't instantly die and there is playing with someone else so there is cooperation in taking down the enemies.
The least Epic can do is give the Hunger Games breakthrough star his own skin and maybe become the main character in the upcoming fortnite battle royale film
