🧡Welcome to my channel!
💛100 grams of water, 100 grams of milk.
💜a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar.
💚80g butter.
💙light until the oil melts.
130 grams of flour.
🧡 Mix so that there are no lumps.
💛 set fire.
💜 Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
💚 Pour into a bowl and chill.
💛3 eggs.
🧡mix.
💛When the dough cools, add little by little.
💙should get a pulling dough from the spatula.
💚Distribute evenly over the form.
💛do this with a spatula.
🧡 Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.
💜cool down.
💚2 eggs.
💛150gr sugar.
🧡30 g of corn starch.
💙mix. 💚400 g milk, vanilla.
💜cook until thickened.
💛50 grams of butter.
🧡Stir until the butter melts.
💚Distribute evenly on the cake.
💛roll up carefully.
💙 Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
💚 Decorate with powdered sugar.

💛spread evenly over the cake.
🧡carefully roll up.
💙put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
💚decorate with powdered sugar.

it is simply choux pastry filled with custard. she does make the custard from scratch, but you could as easily use custard powder if you wanted it to be quicker. Not a lot to it really

I always used a mixer to add the eggs to the batter. I never chilled the batter either. It reminds me of a Cream Puff Cake.

This looks like it takes quite a nit of time. Not sure how baking a cake would have been more difficult.☺
It is easier to roll if you roll it 10 min or so after taking out of oven. It will then be easier to roll again when the filling is added. An alternative filling would be using a pudding powder (Ilike lemon) and adding a bit of butter for the thickness. Also making a cream cheese with vanilla and a bit of milk is also an alternative.
