Enjoy
Shows that fish don’t care how much the bait cost. It’s not all about boilies. Top vid 👍
I'd get nose bleeds if I spent more than a fiver on a session! Once bought 3 pints of casters and had to have a sit down! I save any old bread at home, dry it out and make my own crumb, and I buy pellets in bulk. Anything left over always goes into the freezer. Great vid again mate, love that place; as you say with the right gear every fish is great to catch.
Most I've used in a sesh 17ltrs of method mix either 10 or 14jg of boilies 2kg corn 1kg chick peas I was there 6days though and a few kg of pellets aswell caught shitloads.
I have ro say your a real fisherman because it's exactly how we fished in the 70s whatever you could get ...nowadays I see fishing programs it's like Heston Blumenthal fishing ... its gone crazy ... and takes the fun out of fishing it's about being resourceful and using what' comes to hand this is a breath of fresh air I'd like to go fishing with you you have some great ideas!!
Really enjoyed watching you
Hi Rich, Bacon Grill from Poundland (or £1.20 from B&M) is much better than PEK. It cubes better and stays on longer, also, has more flavour.. Also you don't need a tin opener - there's a key fastened to the tin. Comes in an Oblong tin, so job of cutting is much easier & you get more cubes!! Bits of dry Spaghetti make perfect Hair Stops.
Thanks Rich, just found your channel today, and subscribed right away, you're my style of angler mate, you take things as they come and turn them to your advantage!
Nice one mate I enjoyed that
Superb video great to see some alterative baits to broaden your armoury
Another great video Rich well done mate John
Great video mate superb tips as carp baits are so expensive 😉👍🎣
I love the crab sticks. That is flipping genius! I’ll certainly be nicking that
a trick: watch series on Flixzone. Been using it for watching a lot of movies these days.
@Lucas Sage yup, have been using flixzone for years myself =)
Another amazing video. Best on you tube at the mo
Fabulous video, really enjoyed that. Been fishing for 47 years and use all these bait except for the fish stick, which i will be trying. Tight lines.
Can use a pellet band for crab/fish sticks too .
Fantastic video. Only recently started carp fishing, will be trying the fish paste & bread and also the luncheon meat. Fantastic.
I can see how this has worked perfectly on a low pressure estate lake with hungry fish but I’m not sure some of these bait would work on a high pressure commercial fishery.
Worth a go I guess.
Good video 👍🏻
Thanks for this video, I learned some new tricks 👍
Interesting video pretty cool baits
Great video, wish you were making more. Enjoy your fishing
great video thanks for sharing, I will have to try salmon paste bread cheers very enjoyable
Brilliant video thanks
Also, look for Mussels on the "Oops" counter (on or near to use by date) like at Morrisons. You can freeze any you don't use a few times. Just be careful touching your lips if you do that - say if you're Smoking or having a drink/sarnie. I always take a bottle of Hand Sanitiser anyway.
Great ideas going to try fish sticks and fish paste on bread
Already caught on chickpeas
Peanut butter on bread slices brilliant good blog again well done highly entertaining
Peanut butter with tigernut oil and vitalin in bags brilliant.
Takes ne back to raiding the cupboards at my mums house ! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
Garlic liver paste is great used on a method feeder had great success at woodlands.
I still use some of these and a few others on hard pressured waters àllways tricks a few fish
Sweetcorn and luncheon meat have got to be favourites of mine!!!
I'm going to try paste on bread brilliant tip
Used crabsticks a few times worth it.one of the best baits for carp I've used and carp love them is kidney beans cook them from the tin cook them properly because they are toxic till cooked and butter beans too.
Absolutely brilliant video great bait tips some l never thought about love all types of fishing but please explain about the soil Cheers Rich.
Cheers buddy. The soil is great for clouding up the water and encourages them to feed
Cheers for that.
😠😠😠 I should have watch this first . I just spend small fortune on boilies. I enjoyed this video. Defo going to try these baits out on my next carp trip. 👍👍
Sugarpuffs work well too
Great if you get peckish too !!
Excellent idea using mole Hill soil, just wondering where your fishing
Reckon this would be about £15's worth in todays money.
Black eyed beans cooked in tomatoe soup my best bait ever highly underrated and soaked bread with loads of peanut butter as a dough. Here you go.
It looked quite cold, what part of the year were you fishing.
£5! Holy moly useually I just spend like £1:60 for a cheap session 1 loaf of bread 🥖 turned into crumb and a tin of sweet corn
New to fishing and a little confused about the 'get yourself a club ticket' comment while talking about saving money, how does this work please? I have seen some waters are locked behind clubs and they require an annual membership costing hundreds.
Wow mole soil as ground bait
just have a question how do you put bait on a hook for carp fishing I see these hooks with bait dangling off the hook can anyone send me a link for a how-to vid on how to do this, would be appreciated.
It’s called a hair rig if you still need to learn
@@itsmenemoo1946 bro thanks i have BEEN SEARCHING FOR A MONTH THE INSANITY WILL FINALLY END
@@lewisgan1197 literally just getting back into it all my self havent a clue where to start 🤣 but getting there
Just goes to show think outside the box
I don't think you can buy the same thing in 2024 with £5 ... probably about £10
Looks a cold and barren pool.
Odd editing, what happened to the macaroni- went to catching on bread and paste ??
8 ad breaks do us a favour
I love using supermarket baits..cheap but highly effective
