Viper head on collision avoided

A 2009 Porsche passed 3 cars in a no passing zone coming over a hill. I might have been going a little fast and doesn't exactly make me blameless but even at the speed limit it would have been catastrophic. He missed the truck and trailer by about 10 feet. The distance from where I went off the road to where I got back on was about 150 feet. About 20 feet further there was a culvert.
