  • Dealing with bulging, herniated, slip disc is not easy, but once you understand what has happened, you can assist the discs to get back into position (gently) alleviating you pain and discomfort. Here are a few exercises that have helped me. (be guided by your doctor before doing any exercises).

    Thanks for this. I've been experiencing back pain for almost 4 months. I just found out that i have a bulging disc. Praying for healing without surgery.
