- Hi, friends.
I recorded this while on the road this past couple weeks. This was at my manager, Dan's, uncle's home in Santa Monica. Thank you, uncle Andrew! You were a kind host and so appreciated.
I recorded a more lengthy song explanation at the end of this song but edited it out because I realized that I had not intended on sharing what I did and it got really complicated. hehe. Complicated is not bad or wrong but after sitting with myself for a bit I understood that I had not felt prepared to elaborate on the background story I had shared.
All that to say...I am gonna say what it's about right below but minus all the story-ing I usually attach because that will just have to come another time.
This song is my internal dialogue from nearly 7 years ago.
This song is about when Tyson and I left the Church (and more specifically, a church we worked for as youth pastors and worship leaders). We left rather quietly. We meant to leave quietly and we lost community, respect, favor, trust and care...it was a very painful time & we felt very alone in it all. Thank you to the tender and discerning hearts who loved us well during that initial heartbreak. It was heard and felt and seen. - Hudba
Very poetic and intense

Isabeau, I have been following you since 2015. I have prayed for you. Just thought you should know.
thank you for sticking around thru the years💛 hope you’re well
Me too. Can Isabella be a lost sheep? I long for her to come home, miss her in those worship/praise songs
Hi folks:) just a reminder that it can feel dehumanizing to be spoken about as if I am not in the room. I do in fact read through these comments. I am so grateful to those who have continued to listen in over the years. I welcome genuine kindness and humble prayer on my behalf. However, I am not a lost sheep and would ask you to consider how much of my heart and life does not exist publicly on my CZcams channel. My heart, intention and faith are not for public commentary or debate. I hope you can respect this 💛 mahalo nui
love it !!')
Beautiful!! ❤️
Too many F#m for me to play! You rock.
You play beautifully. Have you ever thought of playing a 12 string? Maybe you have and I haven't seen it. 12 strings make great sound though that I think would work great for you.
I want to hear your story
