Finishing our Massive Deck with INVISIBLE Fasteners on Composite Deck Boards

- Using invisible TurboClip fasteners to install the Armadillo composite deck boards on our massive 545 sqft deck. We also show how to install a picture frame accent around the deck with really takes the deck to the next level. Before the composite deck boards go down we use Armadillo joist covers to cover all the joist and prevent pre-mature rotting from water getting between the deck boards.

Nice vid. In the EU we do install predominantly this type of products (invisble screws as in clips) in decking.

I really like the way the turbo clip is attached together in a strip. However it appears to be twice as expensive as the tracks clip or the versa clip. From a contractor aspect of time is money it would be worth it. But from a homeowner aspect doing it themselves not necessarily so.

Curious as to how the Armadillo boards are holding up 2 years later? Any major fading, scratching or warping? I'm considering this brand but there's not a lot out there on longevity.
So far no fading! Biggest downside is it always seems dirty, but assume that is the same for any synthetic deck product.
How do I build my own cabinets?
