I had 5 "connection losts" while the last firmware update. Maybe my bluetooth is not working well, so I brought my scooter outside, rebooted my phone and the update flashed in 6 minutes. Every failed update the scooter went automaticly to 99 after turning it on, I did not need to hold the power button, but thanks for the video how to force the scooter to stay "on".
Yes, I have had the same problem when updating my scooter too. It doesn't happen all the time but it's a common problem for me. Lose connection and error 99 during the firmware update but I just restart the app and do the update again. Thanks for the video.
