    Finally a channel that doesn't just list scenes in the movie as they happened!! I think this movie is highly underrated right now.

    The four horsemen analysis is interesting. Because:
    -Immortan is white the color assiciated with the first one, conquest.
    -Dementus is red, the color associated with war the second rider.
    -People eater wears black associated with famin/desease/shortages.
    And for the single shot of Max? He is shot like a vulture in a western, looming over Furiosa and the wasteland looking over it all, waiting to reap all those warlords when the time comes...

    Fabulous man. Saw tens of video analysis on Furiosa, and no one addressed the evident Biblical symbolism everywhere (I'm not a religious person at all, just love when an artist uses it to give deep meanings to the work) I particularly like the scene at the Bullet Farm when Furiosa is shooting from the gate, and she protects herself from a flame thrower behind the giant bars, and looks like she is in a Christian cross, with a demonic fire on her back. Absolutely brilliant.
    Saw the movie 3 times already in the first week. Going for a 4th tomorrow.

    Fantastic video man
    I would also like to touch upon this:-
    the old woman gives the wife seeds. Bullets are called anti seed.
    When the women expelled the men from the green place, their society collapsed
    When immortan joe imprisoned the women, his society wasn't exactly ideal either
    When Furiosa and Max solve their respective internal psychological issues(max regains his humanity and furiosa learns not to run from her problems and they learn to do that from each other) and then decide to "Go Back" - instead of running- and reform society i.e. when man and woman become better people individually and then decide to uplift society only then does the world become a better place. Only then do the common folk get that fountain of Water. The green place is within your grasp and not a distant place where you can escape to to solve your problems.
    That is Mad Max fury road
    That's why a prequel is needed for Max and furiosa both because fury road is the perfect conclusion.
    Hope Miller decides to work on the Wasteland and gives us one of the most creative trilogies ever told.

    Furiosa is the only movie that made me go to the movie theater this year, i will go watch it at least twice. It is sad that George Miller's creations aren't quiet popular yet.

    This is an interesting take. There was a video, years ago now, that broke down The Road Warrior in a way I've never seen anyone do it. So I can't take credit for these observations, but I want to share them. In the Road Warrior, everyone of the Humongus gang is faceless, or wearing animal skins, furs, or feathers. Max has scruff on his face and so, he is somewhere in between. The bargain (a premise that has ties to civilization and will hold as a theme through to the third film) is what tethers Max to the people in the refinery. They are all clean faced, and shaven, or showing their faces. They are even wearing white, the symbol of purity and good. The boy, who does not speak, but grunts a gutteral tongue, is a mirror to Max. He moves underground going back and forth among the refinery (a vestige of civilization) and the wasteland. He also wears furs, but he is a child, and so his fate lies in the balance. The music box, is his innocence, and he is a chance for Max to grasp innocence once again. There is also some writing on the rig that Max passes in the beginning, it says "He will save the world." And Max returns to this rig to use it for the exodus from the refinery. It's really a fascinating script.

    Surface thinking seems to be our new norm as we all now crave the dopamine response of relentless social media stimulation. It's like living on a diet of mountain dew and gummy worms. And then comes a youtube channel seeking something deeper. What a breath of fresh air. I'm a new subscriber. Thanks for this journey from the very first episode in the saga (which I saw in Ann Arbor, Michigan in '79 to the most recent episode viewed last week) and a "city and road" map through all five. Thanks also to George Miller for telling a story worth telling.

    very nice, but there is no seed of the woman. Man Possesses the seed. the woman is more like earth.

      Ah yes, but Genesis 3:15 is very explicit that the promised serpent-crusher is the seed of the woman. And it is a bizarre detail because, as you say, women don't have seed! But I believe it points to the fact that the Messiah was always to be miraculously born of a woman ie. the virgin birth. Theologically, it's important that a human man wasn't involved in the conception of Christ.

    Filme muito bom e claro que num dá pra comparar+ estrada da da furia mais mesmo assim vai ser dificilmente vai ter um melhor que esse no ano todo
    Maravilhoso do início ao fim, se não fizesse e um filme q nem precisava mais foi necessário sim, George Miller e show ele pudia fazer water world tbm q e um mad max da água, furiosa e quase do mesmo nível de estrada da furia.

    Great video. I def enjoyed Furiosa, but I feel like a better movie would've been the Dr. Dementus saga, which could've accomplished all the same things including Furiosa's subplot backstory and more, oh well.

      Were's the Dr. Dementus thing come from? I keep seeing Dementus with the Dr. prefix all over the internet, but he's never called that in the film. I'm starting to wonder if it was in press release or something?

      Furiosa's story is epic and the character is awesome. Just relish in having a new entry in this classic franchise, it will probably be the last one we see.

    Always believed that 1985's Beyond Thunderdome was the last chapter in this series (chronologically speaking). One litt!e hint in Furiosa confirmed this for me. The tiny high-pitched whistle that the younger Furiosa uses to warn her people of intruders in the green land early on in the movie. This is the same whistle that Max has on his possession at the opening scene of Beyond Thunderdome. He eventually uses the whistle to defeat the deformed giant Blaster in the trial by combat under the Thunderdome. Could it be that before Max departed the Citadel fortress at the end of Fury Road, that Furiosa gave Max this whistle (off screen) as a symbol of hope, luck, protection and memory. It would be reminiscent of Max giving the wind-up music box to the Feral Boy back in The Road Warrior. Max keeps the whistle on him for several years as he rebuilds what little life he has left and continues to wander the wasteland searching for his destiny. The whistle then resurfaces after Max gets ambushed and robbed by the Sky Bandit and his son at the start of Thunderdome. Just an observation. Anyone agree?

      Nice catch & a cool callback, but I think Miller sees Furiosa & Fury Road as coming after Thunderdome based on the Fury Road prequel comic.

      The Furiosa script was written sometime in the 2000s, after the attempt to film Fury Road as the final Mad Max film (complete with Mel Gibson) collapsed. From that point on, the intention became to film Furiosa and Fury Road at the same time and release Furiosa first, but the studio refused to put up that much money for such an old franchise. Miller THEN tried to get Furiosa made as an animated film to be released shortly before Fury Road, but that was nixed too. I guess Miller became a bit obsessed with getting his vision out there as he had wanted it.
