24 hours in A&E is by FAR the best health care documentary on the Tube. Hands down 🙌🏼
Yes it is .I love it .
999 critical condition is my personal favorite if you haven't watched it I'd definitely recommend! It's filmed in exactly the same way but just covers the really critical cases. But this show is a close second!:)
I also like gps behind closed doors. These two shows are my go to at night
The nurse and chef would make a great couple.😊
As a sober alcoholic I learned first you have to admit that you are a alcoholic , then you can start your way to be sober , I have been sober now for 23 years 😊
I’ve never had alcohol issues - luckily- but witnessing my father destroying our family as a kid as well killing himself slowly just made me hate alcohol. Last drop was around a decade ago
Congratulations 🎉🎉You did it .🌹🤍🌹🤍
Well done, Carina! I'm a few weeks shy of 10 years. What you say is absolute truth!
Total badass, a true champion. Congratulations 💝💝💝
@@josi4251 Thank you 🤗🇸🇪
Six years clean from all drugs here in the states couldn't be happier. Watching Bernard broke my heart.
My heart goes out to that nurse new to the A&E. It's hard to explain how draining and physically exhausting cpr is..in the moment you're just so goal driven and fueled by adrenaline that you almost have to dissociate that this is a real person with a whole life and history and personality and so on:(
Thank you. The chef and nurse should go out. Cute couple they would be. Alcohol is one the most dangerous drugs, it is legal.
Yup chef and nurse :) I'm thinking the same thing!!
The chef and nurse are cute, but because of how they meet I don’t think she’s allowed to go out with him now without risking her license. It’s considered an abuse of the nurse-patient relationship.
I agree they should go out. You can tell by the way they look at each other.
I thought so too until I heard the way he spoke to his mum.
Honestly I’m just so focused on the daughters eyebrows!!!! There like drawn on with a black marker 😂😂😂
Ruby and Sarah are absolutely precious. ❤❤
This is my new obsession! As a retired RN, I appreciate all the hard work they do every day, every hour that they are on duty.
James is one of the most attractive guys I've ever seen. He's a trooper, didn't even ask for painkillers.
I would be crying like crazy and would definitely take the meds! Lol!! Kuddos to him though!
Yes, he has beautiful eyes.
I hope Bernard sees this and realizes how much his drinking does affect his family, even tho he thinks he doesn’t drink ALOT! 🥰🙏🏼🥰
.. Not too impressed with his daughter and the one with eyebrows on her forehead. A little smart mouthed.
I enjoy this show, but it's always ten times better with nurse Jen, and she didn't appear 😢
If James ever gets bored of being a chef, he could be a movie star.
The ex wife was so kind & gentle towards him it finally set in he has to change his ways
Is it bad to hope that James and Sophie went on a date?
I came to the comments to see if anyone knew!
I think they would make a beautiful couple.
I wish here in America they treated people like this. Our medical people could learn a lot from them about compassion.
James and the new Nurse is my favorite ❤.
Speedy recovery to James honey 🤗
NEED CC CLOSE CAPTIONING……PLEASE
James and Sophie should’ve been a love story!!!❤❤❤
What a gorgeous smile James has
Ruby is my hero
Elderly people are such loves. Listening to that woman talk about her mom and when her mom was diagnosed with cancer is so relatable. So very sad.
Ruby's daughter Sarah is a real sweetheart...
Great medical TV show in the world most definitely
Thanks for posting ❣️
Thanks for the upload
Thank you!!
Great episode.
If I was the guy with the knife wound in the thighs mother, I'd show hi a thing or two. YOU DO NOT TALK TO YOUR MOTHER LIKE THAT!!!!!!
That’s the way these kids talk to their parents. The parents take it because it’s easier then scolding them. Or teaching them not to talk that way to them.
Whenever older people come in to ED for whatever reason and they're on their own it makes me sad...I always wonder if they have family locally or friends/neighbors that help them often we need to get social services involved because sending someone home without any support at that age is horrible and sometimes for whatever reason if they have family and you call it's heartbreaking when they don't want to get involved we see if so often. Love this series!!!
For medical people they can botch up "holding pressure" like nobody's business. Press down and HOLD. Don't keep peeking at it!😂
Every death affects you greatly. It never gets any better until you can’t feel at all. And that’s the worst of all.
When you can't feel it, it's time to do something different.
I understand that all to well.
It’s sad Bernard can’t see what he’s doing and that he’s not really had a happy life just a medicated one
"We Are Family" S02E10
I just got out of hospital today was in for three days with bad gastro Ana a really bad cold
I was watching this and it was very engrossing, and then "mate, the cokes are f!ed" made me laugh out loud.
44:19 With the support the guy has with those 3 Girls he doesn’t stand a chance of drinking after this, he may as well just throw in the towel as for as ever drinking alcohol again. Others should be so lucky. I stopped for 23 years, not I have a Beer in the evening and my wife has a glass of wine. I know I would never be that person again when I was younger, I’m older and wiser and know what I have and never want to lose it. That one of the benefits of stopping for as long as I did, you get to see what time you waisted and lost by putting alcohol first, now it’s just something and can take or leave.
❤❤❤❤❤
The guy that cut his leg. She saw his junk so he might as well ask her out! Lol And his elevated heart rate would be when she around 😂🥰
I thought the same thing about his heart rate lol
Brasil here! The Best documentary! I've been trainning my english language a lot!😂
Why no IV fluids for James, the profuse bleeder?
now people might understand our work... why triage is everyhting.. life comes first, wait for your turn, we know when its your turn! "-... nurse
We have the same problem with vending in the us
❤
Sophie is very sweet
CAPTIONS PLEASE!
The man who hit his head, because he had too much to drink, the one girls eyebrows😱..tbh seen those odd brows on women here in the US too. Hers just look so wildly weird though😂😂😂😂❤
James & Sophie need to get it on like Donkey Kong!
No wonder they call it" the demon drink"
Don't ever talk to your Mother like that!!
I agree. I don’t know what kind of relationship they have but he came off very rude.
I really dislike how he talked to his mother. He needs to be grateful to have a parent who cares deeply for him.
Talking to his mum like that ?! 🧏🏻♀️
Doesn't talk very well to his mom.
Someone please tell me they worked on that patient for more than just two minutes, that it was edited poorly!
Sounds like she was DOA. Did you expect them to keep going for an hour?
Keeping them alive isnt always the right thing to do
It’s 2 minutes between pulse checks, not just two minutes total of CPR. We don’t know how many cycles they went through before calling time of death
Wronge attitude to have, he will come round on his own terms, who know what it will take. He will stop on his own.
For once i would like to see a few gsw roll through the doors so the emergency department
2 minutes isn't long enough.
She was basically DOA...the brain doesnt do well without oxygen. If she did live..she may have been in a coma or severely brain damaged. Saving someone isnt always the right thing
It’s 2 minutes between pulse checks, not just two minutes total of CPR. We don’t know how many cycles they went through before calling time of death
How dare you talk to your mom like that 😠. One minute your saying what a great mom she is, and that your a mommas boy. Then next your telling her to shut the F up. I would have hung up on you. Then texted you that im not talking to you until you learn how to be respectful
All I can say is F, Off to the guy who said you can't get a more manly job that being a chef. I am female and a Chef and have always held Head Chef positions, many males found it damaging to their ego that I was above them .
I sneak my corndogs into a buffet and then watch others eat my corndogs thinking they part of buffet
Magic you are 👏😍❤️❤️❤️
@@Karma.mama78 thank you wizerd
😮😮 what?
What’s up with the foul language in this show? why are people having to swear when this is for the public?
Geez relax. If you're in a high stress situation like being in A&E, you'd probably swear too. You don't have to watch if you don't like the language 🙄
Stick your fingers in your ears you baby! I suppose youve NEVER sworn in your whole life right? 😒
I love these videos .The one new nurse needs too watch the faces she makes about the ER patients..✌️❤️🇺🇸💉💊🩹🩺
