2019 Otokar Kent C Bus seen from outside and inside. Full low floor. Independent front wheel suspension. Flexible seating configurations. Low operation costs. Length from 10780 to 12000 mm. Up to 101 passengers. ASR, ABS.
The bus was presented at 2018 IAA commercial vehicles, Hannover, Germany - Thursday, 20 September - Thursday, 27 September 2018.

These are good buses, well built and very modern. We have them in Bucharest both types, articulated and solo and they have plenty of room for legs, a good seat config, low floor and video surveillance. They run great with the Voith automatic gearbox and the Cummins engine delivers full torque at only 1200 rpm which you can feel it from the moment the driver pushes the throttle. They look great in light blue because they catch your eye. I hope they will be well maintained and not vandalised by the "good people" and than complain that the buses are s*. The cost of a single fare is 0.4 euros...so for this price the buses are a good alternative.

AND we have them in Turkey too (of course they are advanced too) they are have 3 Doors instead of 2 and bus named Kent 290LF Instead

8000 reported issues to Otokar. They seem "good-quality" and "reliable" because at the moment most non-cosmetic issues get fixed under warranty; just wait until that expires!
The new Mercedes buses only had around 200.
