Can you make video on noises coming from new cultus suspension.. whenever go over speedbreaker there is khrak awaz... when reversing and break there is dhum like awaz...
Reasons of suspension noises are almost same for almost all cars like faulty lower control arm ends ETC, so you can watch my suspension noise video & I hope you'll be able to find the culprit.
Let me know after going through that video.
A verified new cultus owner here, bro I got it checked from 3 dealer ships and a few different suspension shops and mechanics. this is a manufacturing fault that has to do something with the placement of a rubber pad to dampen noise. luckily this doesn't mean your suspension needs repair or anything but it is very annoying to say the least.

Price varies depending on quality, if you can manage to find one with steel inner-mesh that'd be great, otherwise keep it away from water while washing your car
