First time hearing this song...love it! We definitely need to keep all of our gospel/Christian rap artist in prayer, but I do know and understand God has them!!!
We should also consider that this song has more than one meaning. If we are claiming to be in relationship with Christ, we have already had our lives taken. Yes we are going to go through great tribulation but when dealing with the gospel we should consider that there are layers to truth. God is beyond measure so I implore us to live it, and be anxious for nothing.

Powerful message. I wonder how many Christian here in America would really die for Jesus if they were threatened with execution if they didn't deny Him? Here in America we are too comfortable in our faith. We think following Jesus is going to church and trying to "be good" when he said it's about losing your life for him to gain eternal life. We are at war with darkness . Christianity wasn't a sweet gospel song and sermon but a dangerous life in the past . Even now Believers are risking everything being killed for this faith but we have forgotten that it's a deep sacrifice.

Word sis. I reminds me of the dream God gave me of the future where Christians will be shot dead on the street, in the malls, and in their homes. Churches raided by men in black uniforms with only a star to prove there to enforce law, and people being arrested and dragged out of the churches. A beast rising and striking down any Christian who gets in his way. Then God said these are the things to come, go and preach the Gospel to all nations, wake my people. That's what we should do, give up religion and worship God wholeheartedly. Wake the dead, cause too many people are being religious about God and their life, and they don't even know or care that they are worth so much that the Father sent His only Son not to condemn the world but to save it. Ironically the Life Giver had to die for that to happen, and in doing so He even adopted us as His own. Lets wake'em up now. In the words of Trip Lee "Todays the day, where we all rise, I ain't been stoned so watch me come alive, together we stand against the burning lies, now that I found my way I'm ready to rise"

I'm going to my first pride parade to preach the Gospel and share my testimony, and this song is how I feel😁 My testimony: After being an atheist for 8+ years, and married to another female, I got the urge one day to say out loud "IF there is an Almighty God that does NOT wish us pain or sorrow, please bring me truth, I wish to know you exist". Then God immediately started bringing me the answers I had been searching 8-11 YEARS for! I witnessed Him take control of my internet and the rest of my reality; He first proved to me that demons exist (I called them "inter-dimensional beings"), then He proved His own existence, which I later found to be Jesus Christ. As soon as I found Jesus at the end of 2020, He IMMEDIATELY took away my transgenderism, bisexuality, depression, daily suicide attempts, self harm, bulimia and anorexia; and He did this all without me asking Him to, because THAT'S how merciful and loving He is! Praise God!
