Hi Clams Master Will, Sister Clams Jen, Momma Clams Carol 🙂, nice adventure dude, funny enough Lobster was considered POOR man food and was served to peasants, poor and prisoners back in the day, funny how things change now lol, that Lady and her mom were very knowledgeable, I laughed when sister Clams Jen and you ate the plant that tasted like mustard and it was spicy but momma Clams and you didn't flinch but it hit you near the end lol 🙂, great content, as always stay safe, stay awesome out there y'all 🙂

I found that a lot of Irish refuse to eat shellfish due to the stigma attached to it. The British claimed all the salmon and good fishing. The Irish were left to eat seaweed and oysters mussels crab and lobster. Now that meal would cost you a mortgage payment!

One of my favourite Ab recipes is sliders which I mince the meat and bind it with a little salt. Great Video, l have been trying to educate
My friends about the health side of Seaweed
Kelp etc, your Thyroid gland in the front of your neck is where your blood filters thru every 18- mins, so your Tyroid plays a big role in keeping you healthy,
    so by eating seaweed
    You are providing your
Tyroid the iodine it needs to do its job.
That is lacking in our diets. The composition of the human body is mineral, it is of utmost importance that it should be maintained
    by the needed minerals
    ocean kelp/iodine provides that agent.
