Homemade trimmer rack

Used 1.75" DOM tubing (120 wall)
1/2" round stock
2"x3/16" flat stock
Clear rubber tube 5/8"od 1/2" id

So how is the rack working out for you , do the trimmers spin and have the handles gotten any damage .

The trimmers don’t rotate and there hasn’t been any damage. I have actually had to rebuild the manufactured trimmer trap rack to match this one because it was damaging the grips beyond repair

Should you wrap the hooks so they don't cause damage from road vibration ?

They have plastic tubing on them and that seems to do the trick.
