In this video, I can truthfully see Ziall shine through. These two are something else. I truthfully feel like Niall saw Zayn as a protector and older brother, and Zayn saw Niall as a younger brother. Every time I see these two together, my face just lights up. They really feel like they belonged together. It was such a shame that something so terrible had to severe so precious and unique a bond, as such that these two had, and that’s something that can never be replace or forgotten. Zayn and Niall are a part of each other’s lives, now and forever, and I believe that these two lads were brought together by pure chance and they happened to get on fantastic. Don’t get me wrong, Zayn loved all the boys in the band with all his heart, it just seems to me that Niall was ... special to him, Niall was everything to Zayn, and vice versa. There was simply a time where Zayn would do anything for Niall, but now all that remains of a bond frozen in time is simply handshakes. It truly breaks my heart...I hate to say it, but I think it’s the end of an era for Zayn... His One Direction days are over, and its painful to watch because the way Zayn behaves so coldly towards his former band mates, its almost as if One Direction never happened at all for Zayn....it’s like those memories and those moments never happened... but we all know they did... it’s a haunting of a bond lost in time and on the verge of being forever forgotten... I feel like Zayn never really understood why he was there in the band in the first place, but it was never the boy’s intent to make him feel unwelcome. Because with One Direction, Zayn got so much more then he would have otherwise. He received a dream, a family, and four of the most amazing young men he was ever met, that he was proud to see as best friends, and brothers ...
I really feel that Zayn is a gem of a person, he protected everyone including Harry all the time. He was almost always taking care of the boys emotionally.its sad they left that bond to be tormented by the management and their personal choices
