One youtuber answered me that when they are charged they don't light. Tbh I just plug my charging box for 1hour or 1.5hour and then I use airpods. Then I can see if its charged or not at my mobile 😉

If the pod has battery then the earbuds charge

Please try to charge it first or bring it back to the charging dock, make sure both earpods lights up from it's charger.
