Not to sound like some sort of cyber stalker, but I was wondering were you've been, and then I found your instagram, and that post about mental health. I don't have Instagram, so I decided to post here. It really hits home, because I have suffered from anxiety for ages now, and I know what it's like to be an absolute prisoner to those feelings. With therapy, meditation, homeopathic medicine, I have been able to control my anxiety and not the other way around. I went through the darkest of periods in 2016, but it's all behind now, and it now serves me as proof that it all gets better in time, and whatever I feel now, it's not that bad because that made me stronger. This year, my heart was broken (by a Polish woman, by the way 😅😅😅) and, thanks to the hell I have been through before, I was able to power through it with amazing ease. So, I hope you power through and keep fighting the fight. Stay strong.
