Running bork on sett is a really good item if you find yourself winning lane, giving you alot of healing and more damage with your autos

Because she is not strong at all. It's league, players abuse any most boring stuff for lp (just look the Tahm Kench, Mundo and Malphite top, Annie mid, MF bot metas in the past). Being strong in extremely niche situation doesn't mean she is strong in other 99% situations. ADC is also not a role you want to save for counter as generally you want to make the most op stuff like Jinx asap. Oh no shiver me timbers when my opponents picks Nilah for no reason and leaves me Jinx unless I already picked Draven.

I personally just ban Morgana as Pyke because I feel like most other supports can be outplayed if you're just better than them, but that fucking spellshield is always annoying no matter how bad the player is.

why is nobody talking about Tristana? I've went on 4 different accounts from bronze to gold just playing her (Adc, not mid), with no prior knowledge of the role, let alone the champ. Ban Nilah every game for her W and everyone else you outburst or outscale. (main jungler)

I mean I don't ban him because I just hate malphite more in team fights but a good renek absolutely will crush you in lane if he builds and plays around his cool down windows. That shield break is nasty and now tiamat cancels his W animation so he can break your shield and still dash behind you and dodge the punch.

Any experienced player could explain to me why conditioning is so often taken by everone ? The stats it gives are complete shit no ? 8 armor and MR ? and 3% increase ?
It gives more sustain after 12min compared to bone platting or second wind. U take those for example fiora vs vayne (second wind) or fiora vs darius (bone platting). Conditioning is for tankier champions though, like sett or urgot or most of the tanks, since it brings more value the more hp you have or armor/mr. Second wind is mostly against poke champion who peel you in lane over time, it gives more value during the laning phase for squishier champions. Bone platting you take agains burst champions who gonna go all in if they catch you (darius, jax, garen etc.) but it becomes useless during teamfights since the cooldown is 55s, if u get hit by an auto attack or a random spell it aint coming back for that teamfight. Now you know.
