40:40 Basic steps of the sales. Going out and finding clients, Fact Finding, Making a presentation of your business/product, Listening to what your customer have to say about your product, Identifying and qualifying an opportunity, Making a recommendation and structuring a proposal, and most importantly.... asking for an order at every step along the way... ALWAYS BE CLOSING..

ok, that is the book definition...the key to ANY sale is "how does this make the prospect money"? If you have no pitch, you have no future in sales or business

Lara made all the right noises. She was great at hiring motivated, experienced and best salespeople in the town. She is equally great at compensating them for their achievements and go-getter attitude. Your sales people are both.... your great resource for achieving the profit target as well as your important stakeholder to ensure your continued existence in the marketplace. They are also great communicator of your Brand Value (along with your products or service, as the case may be.

Salesmanship never die. Some believe it's a born to be. Joe Gerald is an exampler in this case he can close sale 3 in 5 of his prospects, constant 1000 cars annually target sale, with his motto Beneath the sun there's nothing I can't do. With his 10000 name cards / month 300 cards/day and 12 working hr a day after day off and continue sale planing at home. I'm a captain of the ship.

I wonder if her consumers had a choice in regard to where and how they receive their services; and determining what services should be provided as well.
And above all, I would like to know, who was in charge of collecting past due bills. Perhaps those selling skills would have been an Achilles heel.

It helps find the words, we all have our ways to find our words and think of the fly and speak publicly. Some of us are on the spectrum so don’t be so myopic and only think your way is the only way to communicate. Consider being open minded for once and try to focus on what the message is without complaining to strangers online.
