I think trap should take more time to be perfect, because of the tones and musical things, but drill doesnt need to be tonal as trap music. So that its easier to make drill music in my opinion
I give the winner to trap team tbh, cuz trap are so hard to do actually, instead of just putting autotune, the rappers has to put melody, which they have to have great singing skills. But also it's unlike singing, they have to do it with rhyme which means some kind of the feeling of the delay isn't by dragging the sound but by the reverb, and sometimes have to keep the melody when rapping pretty fast. Overall it's very challenging to be good.
And I get made fun of for the Death Metal I listen to because they produced and released it basically in their bedroom. Funny as all trap and drill is basically on a laptop.
