C-17 Globemaster is loaded with a HEMTT Truck. The Pilots checked the cargo space of the Airplane but not the cargo from the Truck. So they didnt see a Propane Gas Tank on the Truck, when they take off with the Airplane.

The McDonnell Douglas/Boeing C-17 Globemaster III is a large military transport aircraft that was developed for the United States Air Force (USAF) from the 1980s to the early 1990s by McDonnell Douglas. The C-17 carries forward the name of two previous piston-engined military cargo aircraft, the Douglas C-74 Globemaster and the Douglas C-124 Globemaster II. The C-17 commonly performs tactical and strategic airlift missions, transporting troops and cargo throughout the world; additional roles include medical evacuation and airdrop duties. It was designed to replace the Lockheed C-141 Starlifter, and also fulfill some of the duties of the Lockheed C-5 Galaxy, freeing the C-5 fleet for outsize cargo.
The Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) is an eight-wheel drive, diesel-powered, 10-short-ton (9,100 kg) military logistics truck. The M977 HEMTT first entered service in 1982 with the United States Army as a replacement for the M520 Goer, and has been used by other militaries as well.[5] By mid-2019, around 35,000 HEMTTs in various configurations had been produced by Oshkosh Defense through new-build contracts and around 13,000 of these had been re-manufactured.[2] Current variants have the A4 suffix.
