I have never had one. I have a KFI on my 6x6 Ranger and it seems like it's built pretty heavy duty.
I have a 2008 Yamaha rhino sport I just bought. I threw a KFI 66” poly plow on it. Really enjoy plowing with it so far!

I like how simple it is. They have another mount system that has a lever and it's really not needed.

@mossman381, so with this machine it’s not needed to buy the Polaris Off Road Glacier® Pro Plow Mount, correct? I have a 2021 Polaris ranger xp 1000 crew the same machine. I mounted a badland 5000 winch with sr already. Is there a need to change winch to cable? Thank you for your time!
The 21 Rangers all have the bumpers with the plow mounts built in. I have all the plow parts linked in the video description and comment section. I don't have any experience with the synthetic rope and plowing.

I don't know for sure, but I don't think there is enough space for tracks.
@@mossman381 This would cost about 1,000 dollars in Finland, and the other option for Polaris, which is also in the brochure, costs 2,500 dollars, plus an extension piece for the rollers 700 dollars, so I'm trying to figure it out, thanks for your answer.
Why doesn't my 2021 Polaris Ranger 1000 have those front hooks on the front. I have pictures

@@mossman381 just the 1000. Call dealer yesterday and gave Vin. Yup, no bumper at all. No biggie, but to put a winch on I would have to buy a different bumper anyways
Do you had any shifting issues with the NorthStar?
This wasn't my Ranger but I didn't notice any shifting issues just driving in and out of the shop. I did just get a 2023 Northstar and the shifting is hard at times. Feels like the clutch isn't disengaging. I am hoping when the belt wears in it will shift better. I have almost 90 miles with not much change. Maybe a little better than when I first got it.
