After clearing the main story, you'll revisit many familiar foes on the way to a final endboss encounter, including Belome, Punchinello, and even Culex 3D! Level up Mario, Geno, Bowser, Mallow, and Toadstool by taking on this ultimate challenge.

Who’s up for a DLC for this game. Could be a side story of what’s Luigi’s doing to help Mario on his journey with a couple of the character that we meet in the main story like Yoshi since they where part of the original Japanese cover or even what’s Link is doing in one of the town that we find him
omg a DLC where you can use Luigi, Yoshi, Link, and Samus would be insanity
You JUST said you can’t use items on Johnny then suggest what status afflictions via items to hit him with.
Grind those 100 Super Jumps for the Super Suit! It was my crutch for literal decades. It's totally worth getting for the post game rematches.

Punchinello and Booster were def the toughest 2 rematches! and of course Culex 2nd time was the hardest!😭
Haven't even TRIED Culex, yet. Punchinello was annoying, but definitely so far the worst was Boosters Train.
It was a huge stress having Booster run his train on me.

You can make the punchinello fight easier if you have peach cast sleep on the Bomb-ombs and then hit them to trun around.
Do you have to use perfect timing to get them to turn?

It honestly just takes practice and patience. But it can seem impossible until you’re able to get at least 30. There are a lot of decent videos on CZcams and guides that can help.

Pro tip for Booster 023 - you go in with Bowser & Mallow and 100% guage and use Clown Car Barrage off the bat - 1K+ dmg to all enemies. You then can use Mallow’s Snowy (zoom shoes a must) and you win.
My team is level 23 aside from Mario (lvl 30)
No, use the clown car barrage with Mario. Bowser uses fear, then Mallow with snowy, and then Mario with the clown car barrage. It wiped all the sniftsters out immediately.
For Booster, have a team of Mario, Mallow, and Bowser. Make sure Bowser goes first, Mallow second, and Mario third. Also have you gauge up to 100%. Have Bowser use fear, and make sure it hits all the snifsters. Then Mallow uses snowy, and Mario will uses Clown Car Barrage. All the snifsters are gone and you can take out Booster easily.
Anyone else ever notice culex music is a slightly modified sped up version of the fortress levels from super mario bros 3? The levels that look like mini castles and end with a fight against boom boom
You clearly never played many games. That music is the Final Fantasy 4 Boss Music. Culex himself is literally a confirmed parody of the Final Fantasy bosses.
Some of the badge recommendations are kinda odd in this video, why have Mario wear the Jinx badge when he can wear the attack badge which boost most if not all his stats and they are higher then the recommended ones. Especially for attack.
Id love to see a new 2D zelda game w this exact art style. Maybe keep the isometric view. To give it its own unique feel. It worked in Hades.

For the Johnny fight if you put on the lazy shell armor and the ghost badge most of the damage you take is 1
Tbh it would of been nice if it didnt have a level cap at 30 should of been 100 if you want a hard mode

What does the crystal shatd even do? Is it just the rematch Culex button?
It doesn’t really do anything, and is more or less proof that you beat the hardest boss in the game.
