I do wish they would mention the MoE and the fact that they are polling registered and not likely voters. The swing state presidential polls are showing a tie for all intents and purposes.

You are correct they should. I think the pollsters should also disclose the percentage of landlines vs. cell phones in polls. For instance if 58% were landlines and 42% were cell phones it could be given as L58/C42 or something like that.
