Doubt. It really seems like she doesn't really like to meet up or go out all that often. Truly an introvert. They've never met in person and collabed less than you can count on your fingers. Even with senpai and people she knows much better she rarely seems to meet up or off-collab with.

Peko is one of Hololive's extreme Introvert so unless you're someone like Senchou who handle someone that has this level of Introvert you won't be able to approach the War Criminal at all.
I mean the fact that senchou having grown up with her super introvert sister and has taken steps over the years to kinda help Korone, Ayame and Aqua open up a bit more, the fact she is still hesitant with Pekora says a _lot_
I do think however that Pekora would be super into doing something with Kiara, but it would be better if it was a group thing with other people that Pekora is comfortable with in the mix.
Thing with marine is she takes effort in her approach. Like she's careful and studies them so she knows the right way of doing so. There's a reason why both aqua and pekora are at ease with her and even girls on the opposite end are comfortable as well. She doesnt take a one-approach-for-all.

Well pekora did say that she dosent mind going out with others as long as it dosent conflict with her schedule so i think it's possible with the right timing

Hololive has plenty of introverts, but the problem with Pekora is that she isn't JUST an introvert, she's flat out anti-social. She isn't just drained by social interaction, she doesn't like it to begin with. She forces herself to step out of her comfort zone every now and again which is good, but she tends to avoid it as much as possible, even with people she likes.
I think you're looking for the word asocial or avoidant. Anti-social behavior is a totally different thing and is harmful and malicious to others. Pekora is more like a hermit that uses all her social energy on entertaining her fanbase.
A woman being FORCED to socialise isn’t a good thing. Let Pekora do what she wants jfc.

The point is it isn’t any of our business to say what she should or shouldn’t be doing, or calling her behaviour a “problem”.

However I would like to extend the courtesy to the original commenter that they believe this is brought about by positive reasons. If this were the case then Pekora herself would view this as a "problem" that she wishes to fix. Thus OP could make the comment with no ill intentions.

Pekora grows colder the more you try to get close with her, Aqua grows warmer the more to try to interact with her. At least from what I've seen.

well kiara is an extreme case as shes european and overall an easy to approach person. while in her every day life she herself says shes an introvert. which is hard to believe really.

Nothing. People sound different on different mics. They were presumably using Marine's setup for this so she's going to sound a little different than she would at home.

Pekora is also a really independent person. She may be introverted but the way she handles herself makes her feel powerful and in control. I'd be nervous too because you don't want to get on her bad side in any sense. I feel like you couldn't recover and change her negative opinion of you after just one fuck up. She so unique and stands out like a star. She's the idol that doesn't need anyone else to shine so brightly.
