- The L293D is a popular motor driver chip that allows you to easily control the direction and speed of DC motors. This tutorial is designed for beginners who are new to motor control and want to learn how to use the L293D motor driver with an Arduino board. We will cover the basics of how the L293D motor driver works, how to connect it to an Arduino board, and how to program the Arduino to control the motor. By the end of this tutorial, you will have a solid understanding of how to use the L293D motor driver to control DC motors for your robotics projects.

Thanks sir!
Hello, I love your videos. One question. By any chance have you made a video the allows you to use a push button to turn the dc motor on and off? This would allow you to turn it on and off. I'm trying from your code but I'm having issues for some reason. If not, thank you anyways. Again, great videos.

thank you. Your block diagram helped a lot
You're welcome!
Thanks sir, are you have example code and simulation for speed control motor dc with PID using Arduino?
could we not power both VCCs from the power supply, provided that it outputs 5V?
Also, would connecting all ground leads (4 from the L293D, 1 from Arduino and 1 from power supply) together on the ground bus of a breadboard work? Or do they need to be separate?
thanks for the video, very helpful
Sir am doing my final project on RF CONTROLLER SOLAR PANEL BASED ROBOT VEHICLE...PLEASE GUIDE
What if i wanted this to run without the usb plugged in? So it runs off the battery
3:52 does it matter which wire is positive? if yes, how to know which is which?
Would this work with a servo motor? specifically deegoo-fpv MGM 996R DIGI Hi torque
Sir which software did u used for executing the code,
arduino IDE
i have tried all you said, still not working. can you help?
My advice. Do not build this on a breadboard, the connections can be bad and will heat up the driver. Try solder it in place.
