Thanks for this. Using this tool on a jobsite and its helped.
Glad it was helpful! 😃👍
thanks for the thorough review.👍👍
Very welcome! 👍
Good job
Thanks! 😃
Never at work with out it but soon after you start carrying it around it power cycles and beeps in your pocket. I think the battery spring just needs to be more robust. Sometimes a small washer helps for a while.
Thanks for sharing your experience and a solution. I haven’t had that issue, but perhaps it’s because I keep it clipped to my electrical pouch. Thanks again!
It helps when tracing if pointed straight fyi i had to learn bearly on my own
Yep, that works. Thanks for sharing that.
I bought this specifically for the laser pointer for my cat, but it's interesting to mess around with the tester. According to it, all of my fish tanks have 120V running through them :)
That's pretty funny... and scary for the fish.
I really don't know why they are called voltage testers. if they only identify whether or not a line has passage of electrical charge. because to know if there is voltage if it is single-phase it does not define if there is 120. 220 VAC to say something. The one that indicates that a line has a load does not guarantee that there is a full load because, for example, if it indicates that there is a load on one of the lines and if the neutral is isolated, how to say that there is voltage. a volt-amperemeter clamp if it guarantees that it finds a full charge. They should be more clear on that point.
All good points
You need to be in full view when doing reviews, it is kind of a distraction with your head cut off. Other than that good review.
Thanks for the feedback! I rarely appear on camera as my channel is intended to help folks make informed purchase decisions or simply use/maintain/repair products they already have. When I started the channel, I appeared on camera; however, I ultimately decided that my appearance slowed down what is a one person operation. I always say that if I want a project to take 4x longer, I should make a video about it. Thanks again.
