I think it's a blessing for her. She's very young. Child stars more often than not end up with serious drug issues and other problems. Better give the girl a childhood. She can go places in a a few years.

What a sweet, affable, polite, wise, bright, and well-adjusted kid. Her parents must be active in her life for her to be that way and for nurturing her passion. She has talent well beyond her years and with her aforementioned practice ethic there is nothing stopping her from doing whatever she wants musically. Sky's the limit. Wonderful rendition of a great song, so that means she can do waaaay more than "mimic" a song technically, she's also creative which is lost on today's music industry - an industry that creates products in the form of attractive people, buys a song written by someone else, than gives that person singing and dancing lessons.
That’s so very impressive, if she sounds like this at 9, just imagine how good she’s gonna be for years to come!

Certainly Immi would be in the top couple percent of 9 year olds for singing ability. I got spoiled by Angelina Jordan's version of this song when she was also 9 years old. I know it is not fair to Immi or anyone other to compare to Angelina since she is a once in forever musical artist. Immi has talent and I wish her all the very best.

I think it's better they don't win. Winning means you're owned and obligated for a certain amount of albums and shows. I was so glad Doughtry didn't win. They got snatched up and everything was on their terms. Simon was rough on Linsey Sterling and look where she's at. They get exposure to great musicians and probably get calls before they make it home.

The rest of us just enjoyed the talent this child has and are grateful for it. It takes a real religious nut to find something wrong with that.
She’s literally unfazed by everything happening - and that is something that, as an adult, I hope to keep as I age. What an astoundingly pure and musically brilliant performance.

When I saw the title of the video say a 9-year-old sings I Put a Spell on You, I immediately thought of Angelina Jordan, who also sang the same song at age 9. That performance was amazing.
