Absolutely love the spread and these videos. Thank you for helping me rediscover the joy in slowing down my writing speed (and your videography team is DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for me caving into getting a TWSBI pen at last hahah).
To answer the planner setup question: Mine is done in a 3-in-1 Jibun Techo, with work ideas/discussions in the Idea book and my every day tasks in the Diary. I utilise the daily planning pages the most, usually writing down tasks in the order I wish to get them done, not according to time as I work outside the hours the Jibun has. Meetings that I need to remember and attend ahead of time are written down first, followed by weekly tasks and/or shifting daily tasks and projects. At the bottom I track any habits that I am trying to cultivate, like drinking supplements or achieving a novel wordcount (came in useful during Nano). I am going to steal your idea of a post-work reflection! Haven't worked that into my flow yet.

Answering the question about how I use my planner, I use an A4 lever arch file with pages printed out that I copy on my printer. The page has the day split into 15 minute intervals, as recommended in a time management book by Kevin Kruse. When I stick to it, it works brilliantly, but as I’m at home not doing a lot in these Covid times, it has fallen by the wayside a bit recently. I will probably start again next year.
Just wondering, what would the 3rd time column be for? Since I understand the intended schedule frame, and then having one to record and reflect over what actually happens as a comparison. But what's the 3rd column for? Since it just hung there, and I really liked witnessing this kind of scheduling since it's similar to mine with a plus

I'm too slow for an analog system of planning. I tried a paper planner but I couldn't find a way to make it as flexible and quick as the digital ones.My handwriting is also not pretty, especially when I write fast. I still write important notes and journals with fountain pens, but I only use different colors of ink and some hand-drawn icons. more decorations and it'll take me more time than needed or allowed.
