Ever since 2019 there's not really any point in going to HKG anymore. Some international companies are now focusing on other places in the region such as Singapore for their Asia presence.
The St. Regis Hong Kong is my favorite hotel in the entire world. I've stayed in it 7 times in the last 2 years and I promise that it will not disappoint. I've never stayed at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong but I did stay at the Upper House for 10+ times ever since it opened in 2008. The Upper House is in the same building as the JW Marriott but it is higher up and the rooms start from 70 sqm (double the size of JW Marriott), you could totally try it next time! It used to be my favorite hotel but it was topped by the St Regis recently

did the hotel give you any trouble or go out of their way to help at all for you making the video. I ask these questions because i want to work with them on a project. I love that hotel. I stayed when I was a kid in 1991 and want to go back.@@gogotravelwithjosh
I don’t mention that I make video reviews, unless I’m asked about it or make friends on property with the staff. No one at this property knows I made a video review.
when i was there in 1991 they were building an arcade a bit near where the pool is. was there a games room/arcade kind of near the pool area just outside the hotel. Also, how did you like the large mall beside the hotel. Sorry, but this hotel really fascinates me a lot.@@gogotravelwithjosh

Hmm, now I wonder why the point redemption at this property is the lowest compare to even lower category properties like Renaissance and Sheraton.

The mall was nice. I didn’t spend that much time in the mall but it’s a nice option for something to do within walking distance.
Waste of money. Not worth it.
