Depth but not too much, 2 to 2.5 balls.. "bounce" from sidewalls - can be achieved by stringing 1s and 2s and not coming back through the mesh hole (if that makes sense) and tightening the sidewalls down as much as possible to keep the pocket depth consistent, but also a consistent channel for passing and control

"Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner" The demons expose themselves when this prayer is said in humility to Christ. It burns them. If they start swearing at you, just keep going. They will be pushed out eventually.

Overchanneling isn’t real, just use less shooters and loosen them or actually pound your pocket in.
