  • No fancy tools? No problem! I used this basic set of Bead Smith pliers for the first 4 years of wire wrapping! And the flat nose pair are PERFECT for making these tiny flowers. Enjoy! 🌸
    Here's the pliers I'm using (on sale for $15 for 5 pieces!): amzn.to/3ZLxxzJ
    And my favorite budget friendly wire cutters: amzn.to/3wR5hA5
    🔨Materials:
    - 9-10" piece of 20g (0.8mm) soft copper or plated copper wire
    - 4mm Bead
    -Pliers: Chain Nose, Round Nose, Flat Nose (optional but helps)

    You can make a bunch of the flowers to either make a chain bracelet or a necklace. Or you can make a ring or earrings

    Are you sure you are using 20 inches of wire, because it looks less than 20 inches. Will 10 inches be enough?

    • @abbeyroadcreations
      @abbeyroadcreations  Před 16 dny +1

      Hmmm I think there's some confusion. This design calls for 9-10 inches of 20 gauge wire. Is that what you were asking? 💗

  • @barry9279
    @barry9279 Před rokem +1

    Is there a way to make this bigger?

    • @abbeyroadcreations
      @abbeyroadcreations  Před rokem +1

      Yes! Simply increase the size of the bends in the wire. Just be careful to make sure they are all even because it can be easy to gradually make the bends bigger/smaller and then you get a wonky flower 🤣🌸

    • @barry9279
      @barry9279 Před rokem

      @@abbeyroadcreations ok. I wanted to make it bigger to wire wrap inside it, so needed bigger petals.

  • @rsegold_boba2251
    @rsegold_boba2251 Před rokem +1

    What type of gauge do u use?

    • @abbeyroadcreations
      @abbeyroadcreations  Před rokem

      I'm using 20g here. If you're making a larger flower, you can use up to 18g 🌸

    • @lauraaqui219
      @lauraaqui219 Před rokem +1

      20 gauge wire is an 8mm an 18 gauge is a 1mm wire which is much stronger and thicker harder wire. than a 20 guage wire which is much thinner and softer wire. Laura in uk
