Plot twist: Hulk Hogan actually did all these things, but they were erased by a time traveler and Hulk is the only one who remembers.
They literally did an angle in 2003 where Vince made him take a lie detector on Smackdown, where he passed it and McMahon tells him he must believe his own bullshit. He likely didn't even recognize the angle was a giant rib on him.

My favorite Hogan lie: he claimed that he had a meeting set up with a manufacturer for a new product. Unfortunately he was late so George Foreman, who was also invited, got to pick between two products and chose the grill (which became the best-selling grill) and Hogan got stuck with vitamins.

I couldn’t tell you what show it was on, I think it was his appearance on Theo Von but again I can’t remember for sure, but he was talking about how Roddy Piper never won the world title because he wouldn’t do business and that he wishes Roddy would’ve done business because he’d have loved to exchange the belt back and forth with Roddy. And then he points to Randy savage as his example of once Randy clicked and was ready to do business that he and Randy exchanged the title back forth a bunch because they could trust Randy to do business. And he goes further about how he really wanted Roddy to be willing to do business because he needed a break and would’ve loved to pass it on to Roddy. But if you look back Hulk never lost the belt to Savage in the WWF or in WCW. He won it from Savage on multiple occasions but he never dropped it to Savage a single time. So just another thing where he’s talking about how if this dude would just do business he’d happily put him over like he did this other guy…who he never put over and lost the belt too. Gotta love the Hulkster

What Rodney said was that once you lose a televised match cleanly, you're done.
