I think atleast grains like rice should be cooked because our body will have to use more energy to digest ?
கடந்த டிசம்பரில் கோவை சென்றபோது, இரண்டு தடவை முயற்சித்தும் NONB உணவகத்துக்கு செல்ல முடியாமல் போய் விட்டது..... இப்போது அது சென்னையிலும் இருப்பது கண்டு மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சி ... நான் சென்னை வரும்போது அடையாரில்தான் தங்குகிறேன்... அடுத்தமுறை கண்டிப்பாக இந்த உணவகம் செல்லமுடியும் என நம்புகிறேன்.

Another reason is that this restaurant is the first of its kind in India which bags the 100% sustainability factor , eco friendly and releases least
Amount of C02 into the atmosphere . If they remove fan / ac the it will be another credit to the restaurant . ❤❤❤
