Not anymore! Nowadays, I start my day with a breathing exercise, saying thanks for all the things I'm grateful for and then visualising what I want to see more of in my life and the world. It takes me only around 10-15 minutes, but it changes everything. It's really important how you fill the first moments of the day! 😊❤

I really love sometimes starting my day lounging in bed, sleeping in and looking at my phone. I love giving myself that grace. I’m learning slowly, but surely to be kind to myself and then prioritize my self care, my values, my central nervous system regulation & my feminine flow (whatever that looks like on any particular day). I have been so unkind to myself, so wherever I can give myself some grace, I do. That’s been my shift.
I was literally procrastinating on my phone scrolling on Instagram while feeling terrible for not doing the essay I have to finish until 5th June. This title showing on my notification changed that. Thank you.
I am happy to say that I do not do these things anymore, but even when I have a setback it is important to keep going and not let that discourage you What do you do first thing in the morning?
Aww. Thanks! You made me happy that I turn over and look at my wife and infant daughter. Kiss and hold them for a while. Make coffee.. Work our while coffee brews. Take care of business. Clean. Play with my daughter Go to work. 😊
Crazy mindset shift that I've been "postponing" myself.
