So many great memories associated with this song. I saw Mari Iijima perform this live at Fanime 2001. A very moving experience. A moment when anime stopped being this dorky little hobby I was into and became a massive collaborative art form.

Quite right they did this song justice so much justice by singing it in the original language, clearly stating the lyrics and using a big band for the music. It may be their spin on it but it was truly beautiful to hear this way. This really made my day.

@@3sanrei0 Yes I did still finding Kanji difficult so translation services like jisho is very useful. Its truly is a wonderful version that platina jazz came up with and shared with all of us.
