Even though I do not understand this topic (as I am only 10) I really appreciate you making these videos. They are really helpful.
You must have PhD the way you have great knowledge about science 🧑🔬
Incredible video!! Very well explained.👍👍

Currently working on my PhD for Organic Chem! You're a big help!!
thanks
What program do you use to write this on?
Can you do a breakdown of NMN? It’s NAD+ support. Aka B-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide
Please create a video on cubic equations please
How long does it take for NAC to convert to glutathione? I can’t really find information on that. I assume it varies person to person, but is there an average?
Thank you so much for the video. I have just bought NAC to supplement. Your video is right on time. When it is the best time to take it please? Before meal, after meals, during the meal? And how many ? Is it better to slowly increase the dose?
Thank you again.
I would take in morning without food. It shouldn’t matter as it is acetylated so it should get absorbed regardless. If you take it at night you may experience insomnia due to glutathione being a physiologic reservoir of glutamate, an excitatory neurotransmitter of the CNS. NAC is particularly good for drug or alcohol detoxification. TUDCA is also good for liver health.
@@razvanluso208 ,
Thank you so much for your answer.
I will try and take it in the morning.
I particularly need liver detox and heavy metals ,and chemicals. I work with cleaning products,so never mind how good and healthy food I am eating, I have a lot of toxins. Hopefully NAC will help.
I was taking TUDKA before meals, because shortly after it,nearly 10min I have to eat something.
Thank you again. We all are trying to improve our health. And you are helping a lot.🍀🙏
@@milenadraganova5646 NAC, UDCA, and TUDCA are great for the liver. The latter two help neutralize bile that has been backed up in the liver, aka cholestasis caused from drugs/chemicals/toxins. Astragalus root is a natural herb that is beneficial for the kidneys, which also plays a role in removing toxins from your blood. I would ask your doctor for a blood test to check your liver function. Albumin, AST, ALT, ALP, Bilirubin, GGT.
@@razvanluso208,
Thank you again. That is very helpful important information for me.
My GP Dr have me some of the tests you mentioned. Albumin,ALT,ALP, Bilirubin. They all came normal. But I have a lot of skin problems, which is significant that the liver needs some sort of cleansing.
He didn't check AST and GGT. Maybe because I am very slim, I don't look like I have a fatty liver.
I know about TUDCA but haven't heard about UDCA. Can a person take all three of them and feel ok? I know, drinking more water is important. I manage 2 litres.
Thank you for all your time, Razvan Luso.
Hi. Is there any difference between Acetylcysteine and N-Acetyl cysteine?
I'm eating about 200 - 600 mg of N-acetyl-cystein daily to protect my liver and lungs. I don't think we should use to much of it. There's something called "reductive stress", also, although "oxidative stress" is more commonly seen.
Please could you answer this question or anyone?
How many complete balls of surface area 196 sq. cm each can be just packed in a hollow cylindrical open container of internal diameter of 14 cm and internal height of 84.05 cm?

Why the heck didn't I have a teacher like you in school 🤔
Not only is the information very clear + easy to comprehend,
your tonality is amazing 😎
Maybe that's why NAC has been difficult to aquire for some,
during the current times we live in.
Awesome content 👌
Thank you kindly!
