I found a nice stash of gold nuggets and pickers hidding beneath the sand in a bedrock crevice, it was a nice suprise finding this much gold in such a short time.

I have no knowledge of gold picking or the like but I enjoy these videos. Knew a guy at work for the last few months who said he worked in south america mining gold but due to covid he was back in the states. I havnt seen him in several weeks now and I like to think he is back down there now. He said the travel restrictions would be lifted soon and he knew a place in Paraguay where they wanted to mine.

So where did all the mercury covering some of the gold come from? Old time prospecting? Never saw mercury covered gold like that. Great vid! You never know how much you could pull out of a crevice like that. Could have been ounces hiding there. Once i retire I'm coming to the outback for a 3 month stint with my Minelab! : )
