アニメーションをするときに背景が動かないようにするには背景を一旦描いてから写真として保存し、あとから写真として挿入しているのですか？

いえ炎の下に新規レイヤーを作って描いていって、完成したら背景レイヤー達を合体して1つのレイヤーにしてます。一番下のレイヤーにしておかないとアニメーションの時に「背景として固定」が出てこないので気を付けてね！

It’s actually a 3:13 as soon as you start painting the orange part of the flame, for me it goes light blue… trying to follow along without any verbal direction, I think we ended up on a different frame when starting to paint the orange flame.

"Set as background" tab is only visible if the relevant layer is at the bottom. You can check it if you like.
