Leeds too are also rivals. Even when Chelsea was great and we were really competing with them head to head--there was always respect between Sir Alex and Mourinho. Yeah this was a real poor display from Utd, which is funny because they actually played well for most of the game. But a few moments of poor quality cost them the game. Chelsea helped them though with their own moments of poor quality. Both teams have mistakes in them.
Substitutes, Garnacho taking a long time for his celebration and Wan Bissaka treatment for the head injury caused the 8 minutes. I assume you don't need any explanation to why the game ended after 12 minutes of extra time 🤣.

As a United fan, I felt absolutely robbed by that result. Our players only have themselves to blame for capitulating yet again for the umpteenth time, but those two pens weren't pens and outside of the first 25 minutes, United was the better side. The lucky deflection goal topped it off. lol And then today Liverpool got an undeserved pen against us to make us lose another 2 points. That's 5 points pissed down the drain because of the players' inability to close out a game and the ref/VAR making blatantly incorrect calls. And yeah, those 5 points would've mattered a lot in the race for top 5 given Villa's draw today.

I hate this narrative of saying "where would we be without Cole Palmer". That is COMPLETE NONSENSE. We are a team with a gem. I love Ice Cold Palmer. But he did score 2 pens and a deflected goal. It was a team effort. Cucurella wins the pen, Noni wins the other. Enzo plays a quick pass for the winner. Cole puts them away, and we love him for it. But lets that not take away from the fact that we are seeing progress. The reaction from Poch said everything. The reaction of our team to fight til the end showed us that we seeing some togetherness coming in. The fact that for once, a former player coming back angered the entire squad, shows us they are learning to have pride in the badge. A minnow team like West Ham managed to keep hold of Rice way way too long. We are a massive team. Cole is on a huge 7year deal, dont know why a transfer is coming to peoples mind. If West Ham would demand 150m with Rice had 3yrs left, we cant demand 200m easily but hes not for sale. We just need to get horses to follow. The quality is there in players like Moi, Enzo, Mudryk, Jackson, Carney, Gusto. We just need to sort out the back line. Our reliance on Silva for the last 3 years has costed us. The signings of 2 average Monaco CBs who are at best backup CBs have put us in a position where leaking goals are inevitable. Both are slow, not the best in the air, not the best with the ball at their feet. Average passers. We need to look for players like Micky Van de Ven, he's not the best defensively but his pace makes up. Seeing Badiashile not even get close to making the block united first goal is just pathetic. At LB, we need to find a quality player like a Gusto, someone who has the raw ability for a coach to improve.
