  • A fear of flying is quite common. It comes with the fear of not being in total control. The challenge of surrendering. This 8-minute meditation may be best with repetitive listening and make flying a better and more manageable experience.
    This brief guided meditation will help if you suffer with a fear of flying and is best if listened to when you are at the airport, as well as the days leading up to your travel. It will be most effective with repetitive listening.

    I am flying to Paris tomorrow, it is only 1,5 hours but still the same feeling coming up. Thanks for your meditation, it is helping :)

    I’m going on trip tomorrow where I have to take 3 plane rides to my destination and 3 plane rides home. The thought of that makes my anxiety so unbearable I end up physically getting sick. I listened to this just now to hear what it’s like and her voice is so soothing it might actually help. Thank you!!

    Thank you. I just booked a trip 2 months from now and after I submitted I was instantly in a bad mood and feeling anxious and short of breath. I will keep meditating from now until then to break this fear. Thank you for this!

    So I’m going on my first flight in 4 days and then my first cruise and I’m pretty anxious about both. I’m afraid of heights, I get claustrophobic at times and honestly the sea being just so vast is also a bit terrifying, idk why. I have an idea of what to expect going into these new situations so thats good but overall I’m trying to prepare and give myself some tools to make myself feel a little more at ease about the whole process. Ive tried to meditate before and i never really feel like, fully engulfed, in the process to feel like im really getting anything out of it or that its working and i feel more focused and relaxed. Honestly when i meditated with this video, i really really the calm rush over me and into my body and just peace. Im going to keep listening to this video everyday till my flight and then probably right before and on the plane lol I really appreciate you making this video, I’m really hopeful that this will work. Ill check back in after my trip and let anyone, who’s interested in this comment lol, know how it goes.

      I hope this continues to soothe and prepare you. I'm so excited that you're going to enjoy such wonderful things for the first time! Please celebrate yourself for knowing you need to take these steps. And remember that anxiety and excitement can come off as feeling the same way. I also just wrote a sleep story about a cozy winter flight with white noise sounds from a plane that could also help you open up to the idea of a how cozy a flight experience can be.

      I been on plane in storm wing was on fire .I've tried meditation it didn't help in past so I'm not confident this will work for me

    Thanks for this. I'm flying off to my honeymoon after my wedding tomorrow, and I'm anxious about the flight because I get claustrophobic. I'll try this and hope it will help. :)

    Thanks for this. This is the only flying meditation that helps me! I just wish it was on Spotify or somewhere I could download it. I listen to it while waiting to board but I can't listen to it on the flight with no WiFi. Thanks again!

    I couldn't even get to the end of yhe meditation without feeling bad. I just wish i was feeling excited and happy like other peiple tell me they would feel in my place. And consciously i know i should be thankful but I don't know why i feel so sad and sick.

      Oh, I'm so sorry. It's okay to feel that way. Your feelings are valid and there for a reason--- and it's just more pressure to think you have to feel a certain way. I have another story I released recently called "Cozy Winter Flight" and maybe listening to that would be a better way to go on a practice flight. But be kind to yourself. You're not alone in the feelings you're having about travel.

    I have a flight ✈️ as t the end of the month. I don't like flying but this flight is making me more nervous because it's not the company I normally fly with because I found a ticket for $80 with another company but u know nothing about this company and they have 2 stars 🌟 out of 5 and over 10k 1 star reviews and only 2k 5 star reviews and that makes my anxiety go threw the roof. Please 🙏 keep me in your thoughts for a good flight ✈️ with no delays or issues and I get back home on time safely 🙏 thank you 😊

      I am sending a big hug and the hope that you have an amazing trip. I'm not a professional researcher when it comes to these things, but I know from my personal experiences that nearly every time I was most anxious about a trip it ended up going so much easier. I hope that for you-- so many travel companies from hotels to flights are getting low reviews. I wish for everything to fall into place and even those things that don't meet your expectations simply add some great stories to tell.

    I used to be a nervous flier than I quit drinking and now I have anxiety about anxiety and its going to ruin flying for me which really fucking sucks since it wasn't a problem befpre

      I'm sorry you are struggling and hope this helps. Overtime, the more you listen to new messages that help heal rather than the anxieties that your mind has been looping, you will find it eases.💜
