- The Megavalanche is one of the most exciting races of the year.
We have a qualifying race in order to determine who gets into the final race and also decide the starting positions for Sundays main race. It's critical to do a good qualifying and have a front row start!

Ahh sadly this is just the qualifying race, the final race win still eludes me!!! Will get it one of these years though!!

This was just the qualifying race, but this year the weather was bad on the summit - windy and white out so they couldn't start the race on the snow, bit of a shitter!!

Ahh thanks! The GoPro i have doesn't have GPS but I've looked into it and I'll carry a garmin with me next time then I can overlay the heart rate and speed onto the video which might be interesting! Thanks for the useful feedback!
