I wonder if macarons are so expensive because of the ingredients? When I was obsessed with making the perfect macaron (it never happened btw lol) I went through so many bags of almond flour, and they were like 12$ aud for a tiny bag 😢

I am the same way with stuff animals and miniature stuff animals. I have over 20 I would say in my own room from over the years. And use collect barbie dolls too. Then my mom would order me secretly get the The Ashton Drake babies from the books. I have 12 of them in case collected from over the years. Now I am 50s mom brought one last year and didn't know. Look like real baby so authentic I love it. I am child at heart since I was born so I love unusual unique miniature and stuff plushies and animals and dolls things. I feel it a blessing from over the years. I am poet, author of my own poetry and books at amazon. Along with running shop since 2008 at etsy where I sell handmade cards blank or some with my poems.

was that 6 and a half mil for a whole building or just an flat? Housing prices over there and cities here are literally terrifying. If I had that much money I'd literally buy a farm in Yorkshire, a big one, and buy a whole building in town someplace and convert it to low cost rentals. Over here I'd buy 3 executive houses in the nearest posh Mountains town (Leura) and rent them all out to overseas executives and just stay in my little 3 b/r bungalow...Harrods is magical! Did you ever hear that anecdote that when it first opened a customer walked in and asked for an elephant, apparently the staff member without batting an eyelid answered "Certainly sir, Indian or African?" I so wish for that to be true! I think the bear should be called Tippybob (which is apparently a synonym for millionaire, considering where he lived before you kidnapped him from luxury and took him to a small regional town.... :) But seriously I'd take the country town over London anytime...

Harrods used yto be sooo much better, i mean there was a dress code as well now its just over priced sweat shop stuff We used to go up every christmas as kids to see the displays but after it got sold it went down hill.

@@catherinekayy haha Yer there used to be a strict dress code so no jeans or trainers and bags had to be a certain size. we used to drive around seeing the christmas lights park up and go to Harrods, The toy department was like another world. .The store used to turn away people whose dress was not in compliance with the code.so no cycling shorts; high-cut shorts, Bermuda or beach shorts; swimwear; athletic singlets; flip flops or thong sandals; bare feet; bare midriff; jeans esp torn ones or wearing dirty or unkempt clothing.I heard they barred Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, a Scout troop (shorts) a woman with a Mohican hair cut, and an entire pro football team who were wearing tracksuits. But now its less tight, But they can still boot you if your deemed scruffy. There coffee and chocs were nice though. and the customer service used to be very good real product knowledge.
