- ”Get a grip” is what we tell someone when they need to gain control over something in their life. Sometimes it’s your attitude, your habits, your spending, your thinking… When God is dealing with you, and He wants you to get a grip… He deals with you alone. God isn’t dealing with your circumstances or other people. He deals directly with you. If you will allow God to change you and work in you, your burden will be lifted, your conflict will be resolved. Your blessings will be more than you can contain. All that you have is because of God’s goodness and all that you are is because of his blessings.
