- Here's a video logging my process of making my Princess Daisy cosplay! I made it for Ohayocon 2019 but I will wear it many times in the future because I am SUPER proud of it!!
I am sewing a peach and daisy cosplay for my friend and I and this helps so much, thank you!

Maybe hot glue the crown onto a plastic headband and wear it like that
Actually, for Peach we did all the same things as the Daisy dress, just with pink fabric instead! And to hold the crown on my head, I glued a hair pin with long teeth to the inside of the crown, with the teeth aimed downward so it would go into the wig.

i love your costume it looks on point and is also really helpful since i'm making Rosalina cosplay, and i need to ask how do you keep the crown on your head with out it falling off. ive serched every where and google is not helping they dont give me answers. can you tell me how you keep it stuck?
Hi!! I glued a hair pin on the inside so it pins into my hair in the middle of the crown, and you can’t see it from the outside. If you Google “20 teeth hair clip comb” you’ll see what they look like! 🥰 I hope that helps

I want you to have a spray bottle handy when you're at home, especially when you make dresses and stuff. Just fill it up with water, (cats don't like water). Spray them when they are about to be a nuisance.
I never spray my cats with water. I enjoy when he gets in my way believe it or not. Just captioned it that way because I thought it was funny.
hey, super weird question, but about how wide was the ribbon after you had sewn then together? I'm looking at 4" ribbon for myself
Any chance where you got the pattens ?
The Super Mario one I got at Joann Fabrics, or you can buy it straight from Simplicity. As for the other one, I think that one is discontinued. I got mine at a convention flea market, but you can buy the pattern off Etsy and Ebay.

How many yards of fabric did this take ?
I would say roughly maybe 5.5 yards for each layer, and there are four layers! And that’s for the whole dress.
