CONSTMACH JCV-3 Mobile Crushing & Screening Plant

The CONSTMACH JCV-3 Triple Chassis Mobile Crushing Plant combines the JC-3 mobile crushing plant and the V-90 mobile sand making plant. This system is ideal for crushing the hardest rocks, such as granite and basalt, while simultaneously producing a high ratio of fine material with excellent cubical shape.

1st chassis:

The JCV-3 has a production capacity ranging from 250 to 300 tph, depending on the hardness of the material. The maximum feeding size is 1,100 x 850 mm. The cone crusher used is the Metso HP 300 or an equivalent model, and the VSI model is the VSI-900-CR. It can produce five different fractions simultaneously.
If needed, an electric generator can be adapted to the chassis of the plant.
The JCV-3 is a user-friendly system with easy mounting and assembly features. It can be operational in a very short time. If necessary, the feeding hopper and stock conveyors can be equipped with a hydraulic opening mechanism, allowing the plant to be operational without the need for external equipment such as cranes or loaders.
Equipped with a high-tech automation system, including top-class SIEMENS - SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and PLC, the JCV-3 is operated via a tablet controller.
The overall dimensions of the JCV-3's triple chassis comply with international road transport regulations, ensuring easy transportation between job sites.
