It's a solder iron. You can but it in local electric store. Very cheap, about $ 4-6.

2. 60 watt
3. Have heat controller

Love this! If i sew this onto a dress can i wash it still or will the buttferflies wither, fray and break?

Thanks. You can sew them onto dress, they wont be wither/fray because it is made from organza and cut with solder iron. I sew lot of my craft work here to my daughter's dress, cardigan, and skirt, they are perfect eventhough i wash them in washing machine 😁.
